after watching a program on ITV the other night,
I got to wondering how many people in the UK have
actually made adequate provision for their retirement,
I have recently looked at my traditional Pension fund
and was shocked to discover that I would receive just
enough to prevent me getting any additional government
help, like discounted council tax etc.
So I have moved that into investment property in the
Caribbean, which is a government approved SIPP Scheme.
For an income of around £18,000 to £20,000 per property
per annum, and with a Fund value of £100,000 you could
transfer that and secure 3 properties........Giving you
an annual income of around £60,000 at retirement.....
approximately 20 times more than if you leave it in a
traditional fund!
